Shipping Time
All items marked as "In Stock" are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after we complete the order processing (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
Please note that there may be some shipping delays in the following situations:
- Weekends or statutory holidays
- Peak promotion period (such as Black Friday, seasonal promotions, etc.)
- Weather or uncontrollable transportation factors
At the same time, we currently do not provide services to APO/FPO military areas, please understand.
Free Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping on orders over $90. We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. Shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart at checkout based on the shipping service level you choose. Promotional prices (such as "Free Shipping") only apply to standard ground shipping and handling fees for eligible orders and shipping destinations.
Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 business days, and expedited shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
International Shipping
International shipping costs depend on the shipping destination. Shipping costs do not include duties, customs fees, and import fees. You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred during shipping. Please review the import and export compliance policies of each country to learn about any additional costs or shipping restrictions associated with your shipping destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the progress of your shipment, and you can view the delivery progress and status in real time on the carrier's website.
Dulcetbag reserves the right to suspend any order for security review. If your order is affected, we will notify you within three business days. Although we try our best to deliver on time, please be aware that delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delayed or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Please be sure to carefully inspect each package to check for any damage to the packaging and/or the goods inside. Please open the package and check for hidden damage (damage that is not visible from the outside of the box). If internal damage is found, please contact us immediately. If you believe there is damage, please ask the courier/driver to remain on site and not rush you. They must provide you with ample time to inspect the shipment and note any damage as required on the bill of lading, waybill, etc. The carrier will reject any claim for damage that is not accompanied by this documentation and allows the carrier to deny liability. If any product is damaged by the freight company, or is missing from your order, you must contact our Customer Service Team for assistance within 24 hours of receiving your order.
