Returns Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we will do our best to make it as seamless as possible. You have 30 days to return an item, starting from the day you received it. You are eligible to return an item as long as you make the request within this period and meet the return conditions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, new and unused, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags, hangtags and packaging intact. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or order number as a basis for your return. If the item does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to accept the return request.
If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team at hello@dulcetbag.com first. We will review your return request after receiving your request. Once the return is approved, we will send specific return instructions by email, including the return address and related procedures. Do not return the item without our confirmation, otherwise the item will not be processed and will not be returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is damaged, defective, received the wrong item, or is missing parts, please contact us immediately and we will evaluate the problem and provide a solution as soon as possible.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as
- Personalized customized items (such as engraving, special customization, etc.)
- Special promotion items or clearance items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange for a different style or size, please submit a return request and complete the return process. After the return is approved, place a new order for the required items, which will ensure that you receive the required items in a timely manner more quickly.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the refund result by email. Once the refund is approved, we will refund the original payment account within 10 business days. Please note that different banks or credit card companies may require additional processing time to complete the refund.
