Warranty period
This warranty policy applies to product quality issues within one (1) year from the date of delivery. You can enjoy the consistency guarantee of the products delivered by Dulcetbag unless otherwise stated on the product. The warranty service is only applicable to genuine products purchased through our official website or authorized channels.
Warranty scope
We will provide free repairs, replacement parts or replacement of the entire product according to the situation. The warranty covers the following problems caused by non-human factors:
- Material defects (such as abnormal damage to silicone strips, lenses, and plastic parts)
- Manufacturing process problems (such as broken seams, welding failures, etc.)
- Functional failures that occur under normal use conditions (such as anti-fog layer shedding, strap breakage, etc.)
The warranty does not include the following situations
The following situations will not be covered by the warranty service:
- Damage caused by human misuse, impact, extrusion, tearing, etc.
- Damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods (such as the use of irritating chemicals) or high temperature exposure
- Natural wear and tear such as scratches, wear, aging, and color fading during normal use
- Product damage caused by failure to follow the instructions
- Products purchased from non-official websites or authorized channels
- Products that are out of warranty
Instructions for applying for warranty
If your product has a problem during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team via email. Please provide the following information in the email:
- Order number or purchase receipt
- Product name and model
- Problem description (preferably with photos or videos)
- Contact information and delivery address (if replacement is required)
